A Leading Role for the Security Council

It is now the responsibility of the world community to transform the coalition against terrorism into a coalition for a peaceful world order. Let us not, as we did in the 1990's, miss the chance to build such an order.

Thanks to you! What happened to your PERESTROIKA? What happened to Russia and Russians during your reign? Who is responsible for transforming KGB into Russian mafia around the world? Who was instigating chaos and anarchy in the world and still is? Every single time leaders of U.S.S.R. were talking about peace they were only beefing up their arsenals of weapons of mass destruction. Ever since U.S.S.R. was created the only goal of Russian Communist Party was to destroy capitalism and spread anarchy throughout the world. Who ordered assassination of Pope? Was it you or someone else from KGB?

Concepts like solidarity and helping third world countries to fight poverty and backwardness have disappeared from the political vocabulary. But if these concepts are not revived politically, the worst scenarios of a clash of civilizations could become reality.

There is only one conflict present, conflict between civilization as we know it and barbarians from beyond Ural. Stalin and his gangsters knew well how to use poor and manipulate them with propaganda. Stalin never cared about helping people, all he ever wanted was to enslave people and steal all they have. How about Russia returning 6 billion dollars to Serbia for example? There are many poor people there, poor because they worked hard to build and work for Russia and never got paid. They worked as slaves for communist pharaohs from Russia. Putin, however, claims that Serbia actually owes to Russia!? He doesn't accept any U.S.S.R. debts although legally Russia is successor of U.S.S.R. If you want to fight poverty as well as all other previous Soviet leaders then how come you have forbidden to Eastern European countries to receive aid from Marshal's Plan during Cold War. Aid from Russia never came so you let people there starve to death and live in misery. Who was responsible for genocide in Cambodia and Ethiopia? Were those American sponsored regimes or were they communist murderers sponsored by Moscow? What about 60 million Russians ended up dead thanks to Stalin? Why Russians can't own their own land, why can't they buy it and sell it? Was it God who created communists and gave them Russian land for safekeeping? Oh I forgot, the only god you believe is god of terror. The only reason why Lenin took power in Russia was because of German Kaiser and his stupidity and lunacy during WWI.

I believe the United Nations Security Council should take the lead in fighting terrorism and in dealing with other global problems. All the main issues considered by the United Nations affect mankind's security. It is time to stop reviling the United Nations and get on with the work of adapting the institution to new tasks.

And who are members of Security Council? UN is institution built on hypocrisy and lies that will never achieve anything. How do you become member of UN? Cambodia, Cuba, Belarus, Libya, Iraq and all other rogue and outlaw states are members of UN. What we need today is new UN where all those with poor Human Rights records are kicked out, all those who sponsor terrorism, all communist countries must be out of UN. Terrorism is evil and communism is terrorism. You can build your own UN in Moscow to replace former IB where terror is way of life, where genocide is justified, where butchery is the greatest achievement.

Concrete steps should include accelerated nuclear and chemical disarmament and control over the remaining stocks of dangerous substances, including chemical and biological agents. No amount of money is too much for that. I hope the United States will support the verification protocol of the convention banning biological weapons and ratify the treaty to prohibit all nuclear tests — though both steps would reverse the Bush administration's current positions.

We all know who is major stockpiler of these weapons and we all know that terrorists around the world obtain their supplies from one source, Russia. Aren't you forgetting something? You lost pal! You don't set any conditions and you don't tell anyone what to do, you do as Nazis were told after capitulation of Germany in WWII. You want another war? Be my guest because the most beautiful scene for me would seeing Abrams tanks in the Red Square with U.S. flag waving on the top of the highest tower of Kremlin. Gangsters from Moscow will never ever blackmail anyone. If you want to be annihilated then be my guest.

We should also heed those who have pointed out the negative consequences of globalization for hundreds of millions of people. Globalization cannot be stopped, but it can be made more humane and more balanced for those it affects.

How about capitalization and civilization instead of globalization? Bringing civilization and capital is always humane while communism and terror is not.

If the battle against terrorism is limited to military operations, the world could be the loser. But if it becomes an integral part of common efforts to build a more just world order, everyone will win — including those who now do not support American actions or the antiterrorism coalition. Those people, and they are many, should not all be branded as enemies.

The only one who don't support war on terrorism are Russian satellites which makes sense because we all know who invented terrorism, Russians, and who sponsors world terrorism, Russia. While you may count number of people who live in communist and terrorist states I prefer to count economic output. Only one communist state is among top ten developed countries in the world and that is China while the rest are on the bottom. All terrorists and communists are enemies of the humankind because their goal is destruction of civilization and humankind. They are gangsters, thugs, murderers who want to loot, pillage, destroy, kill, burn, rape and serve the Devil himself. Living in communism or fascism is like living in some S&M dungeon where you spend you life being tortured and trained for obedience.

Russia has shown its solidarity with America. President Vladimir Putin immediately sent a telegram to President Bush on Sept. 11 condemning the "inhuman act" of that day. Russia has been sharing information, coordinating positions with the West and with its neighbors, opening its air space, and providing humanitarian assistance to the Afghan people and weapons to the Northern Alliance.

Was it solidarity or to cover-up real culprit? Putin mentioned Chechen freedom fighters as being terrorists plus he wants Russian backed criminals in Afghanistan to topple Taliban. Wow! The best thing he can do is to admit all crimes, resign and let democracy come to Russia. Russians are sick and tired of FSB terror.

Others sincerely wonder whether the world's most powerful country should be bombing impoverished Afghanistan.

Some still wonder why mighty U.S.S.R. invaded Afghanistan and organized genocide against Afghans although no one bombed Kremlin. We all know that suspect for recent brutal attack on America is bin Laden who is supported by Taliban. They rejected demands for his extradition and that is the reason why there is a need for military operation. Afghans are poor not because of America but because of Russian terror and communist rampage that caused millions of Afghans to perish. Even after your cutthroats from Russia had left this country you continued to interfere in internal affairs and instigated civil war that brought Taliban to power.

I am sure Russia will be a serious partner in fighting international terrorism.

All we need from Russia is to stop sponsoring terrorism because international terrorism is largely sponsored by Russia, FSB and Russian mafia.

But equally, it is important that its voice be heard in building a new international order.

What we need from Putin is to sign unconditional capitulation and nothing else. There will be no new world order, there will be just order in the world where civilization will be upheld. America is not a colonial power who wants to subdue people around the world like Russian imperialists want, but country that wants to promote freedom, democracy, equality and encourage people to make business not war.

Irritants in American-Russian relations — issues like missile defense and the admission of new members to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization — will be addressed in due course, but they will be easier to solve once we have moved toward a new global agenda and a deeper partnership between our two countries.

The only irritant is that Russia won't concede defeat. All European countries except Russia will join NATO and American missile shield will be built whether you like it or not. When Russia finally concedes defeat then there will be no reason for existence of NATO and NATO will become history.

Finally, it would be wrong to use the battle against terrorism to establish control over countries or regions. This would discredit the coalition and close off the prospect of transforming it into a powerful mechanism for building a peaceful world.

World without terrorism and without governments that sponsor terrorism is peaceful world. Any government that sponsors terrorism and any terrorist organization should be destroyed by any means necessary because we don't want to live in fear, we don't want to live in totalitarian S&M dungeon where local warlords enslave people.

Turning the coalition against terror into an alliance that works to achieve a just international order would be a lasting memorial to the thousands of victims of the Sept. 11 tragedy.

How about hundreds of millions of victims of communist terror? Where is justice for them when Russian KGB pawn Lukashenko is building highway over dead bodies of victims of Stalin's terror? Where is justice for Galina Starovoitova murdered by Zhirinovsky's thugs while Putin gives prestigious Russian awards to this fascist? That's why it is time to finally crush KGB terror and end up communist lunacy and terrorism as major communist instrument of domination against people around the world. It is time to get rid of Castro, Lukashenko, Saddam and all other KGB installed thugs around the world because that is the only solution that will make the world stable and peaceful.
